Arjun Rampal a model turned actor has come a long way and believes that he has finally found his place in the industry. He was referred to as a non-actor when he made his debut, but after his performances in films like Rock On, Rajneeti and Chakravyuh he is now considered as a versatile actor.
Arjun Rampal has come a long way from walking the ramp to being a national award winner as an actor. He made his debut in 2001 with his film Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat and had a series of flops like Dil Ka Rishta, Yakeen, Asambhav and Ajnabee among others. He broke the jinx with his role in the remake of Don and wengt on to feature in successful films like Rock On.
Post Rock on which fetched him the National award, Arjun worked with filmmaker Prakash Jha for films like Rajneeti, Chakravyuh and now in Satyagraha. His latest performance in D Day has been getting positive response. Arjun felt that he entered the industry at the right time and then learnt a lot during his ups and downs. He feels the reason he is getting to play such interesting roles is because he made a mark for himself and the industry now believes in him. The 40-year-old actor added that he likes to spring up surprises.
