Indian music composer and Singer AR Rahman celebrates his 48th birthday on 6th January 2015. This Mozart of madras made his debut with mani rathnam’s Roja. He has won some many awards for his contribution to world music.Among his awards are two Academy Awards, two Grammy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe, four National Film Awards, fifteen Filmfare Awards and thirteen Filmfare Awards . In 2009, Time magazine placed Rahman in its list of World’s Most Influential People. In 2010, he was awarded Padma Bhushan.
