Happy Birthday Rebel Star

Uppalapati venkat Krishnam raju, whose fans fondly call him as Rebel star, turns 75 today. He made his debut with chilaka in 1966.  Gradually, The rebel star established himself as one the mainstream actors along with NTR,ANR, Krishna and shobhan babu.

He has won 5 filmfare awards and two Nandi awards for his rebellious acting. For his powerful performance in Bobbili Brahmanna, he bagged his first filmfare and nandi awards.Even at the age of 75, this thespian is still enthralling the viewers. Uppalapati Prabhas, who is nephew continuing the legacy of rebel star.
