Happy Republic day

In the life of every nation there are certain days which are considered as red-letterdays. The Republic Day celebration held on 26th January every year in our country is one of those days. It is perhaps the most important day of our country. It marks the birth of our nation as a republic. Therefore, this day is celebrated all over the country with great pomp and show.

 

On the eve of 66th republic day, we wish to tell you about the patriotism in our movies. Indian film industries have had shown nationalism in their respective movies. In olden days, the actors had shown a lot of interest to act in  patriotism back drop movies. Most of that genre movies were box office hits, But the times have changed now. Young actors are more interested to act in commercial movies.

In telugu, Chittoor Nagaiah’s Vande matharam, NTR starrer Deshadrohlu, Superstar krishna’s Alluri seetharama raju and kamal haasan’S Bharatheeyudu are  the perfect examples that patriotism genre would work out at the box offices.

Manoj kumar had essayed the roles of freedom fighters in Shaheed and Kranti. Aamir khan acted in most patriotic movies, Laagan, Rang de basanti and Mangal pandey. All those patriotic genre movies were well recieved by the audience.

Young actors should come forward to act in patriotic genre movies to fill up the patriotism in upcoming generations.
