Sampath Nandi reveals he directed a big budgeted film with Upendra but was not released

Sampath Nandi revealed  he directed a big budgeted film with Upendra but was not released due to financial credentials.Actually he wrote a commercial film Black and roamed various big productions but not able to get dates of any hero.Later upendra read the script and he directed the movie but producer not able to release the film
